The course content of this not-for-profit Online Opioid Self-Assessment Program (SAP) was developed with funding from Health Canada’s Substance Use and Addictions Program in 2018.

Funding for the maintenance of this website is provided by the Canadian Generic Pharmaceutical Association (CGPA - a consortium of 11 pharmaceutical companies) for a period of 5 years from April 2021-March 2026. The CGPA had no role in researching, preparing, reviewing, or approving the content included in this course. Any identifying participant data collected from this program will not be shared and will be securely stored at University Health Network.
